Our Power Generation Inspection Services

Advanced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
We provide advanced NDT solutions including phased array ultrasonic testing (PAUT), time-of-flight diffraction (TOFD) and eddy current testing. These high-resolution techniques deliver precise defect detection for turbine components, pressure systems, and structural elements, supporting predictive maintenance strategies.

Pressure Vessel & Tank Inspection
ARI’s certified inspectors conduct detailed pressure vessel and tank inspections to verify safety, compliance and performance. Our inspections cover boilers, condensers, storage tanks, and high-pressure systems, ensuring adherence to Australian Standards and plant specifications.

Non-Destructive Testing
We offer a complete range of conventional NDT methods, including ultrasonic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant and radiographic testing. These techniques provide accurate insight into asset condition, helping identify corrosion, cracking or material degradation before it leads to downtime.

Shutdown Services
Our shutdown inspection services support planned maintenance outages, overhauls and turnarounds. From rapid-response inspections to detailed reporting and certification, ARI helps ensure your plant resumes operations safely, efficiently and on schedule.

Materials Testing
Our materials testing laboratory provides mechanical, chemical and metallurgical testing to assess material properties, confirm compliance and support root cause analysis. We assist in validating materials for turbines, boilers, piping and pressure components across all power generation systems.
